Veterinary Surgeon

Archer Sittingbourne is recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience to join their team. This role offers a strong work-life balance, with no out-of-hours commitment and a manageable 1 in 3 Saturday rota.

Key Details

• Up to £65,000 FTE.
• No out-of-hours work.
• 1 in 3 Saturdays.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience required.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-opinion consultations, communicating clearly and compassionately with owners.
• Perform routine surgery, dentistry and medical work-ups appropriate to your experience.
• Work closely with RVNs and support staff to maintain safe and efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Registered with, or eligible to register with, the RCVS (MRCVS).
• Confident delivering first-opinion small animal care appropriate to the role.
• A calm, professional and client-focused approach.
