Overview

A Head Nurse is needed to lead a well-established nursing team in a modern, purpose-built and recently refurbished small animal practice in Bristol. The role leads the team in delivering excellent clinical care and customer service and supports the development of RVNs, students and VCAs.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the nursing team day to day
• Supporting the professional development of RVNs, student nurses and VCAs
• Maintaining high clinical nursing standards
• Working with the clinical team to deliver excellent client care

Requirements

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
• A good level of clinical experience
• Confident, self-motivated and engaging, with an interest in developing others
