Where you would be based

Our office is in the centre of Ipswich. Consultants, compliance and support sit together rather than in separate silos, which means new starters pick things up quickly and there is always someone to ask. We also work alongside partner companies around the country, so the opportunities we can offer are not limited to Suffolk.

We reinvest in our people

Recruitment done properly is a skill, and we treat it like one. New starters are trained rather than dropped straight onto a phone, and experienced consultants are backed to specialise, build a desk of their own and move into leadership when they are ready. Training and professional development are something we fund and make time for, not something we expect you to sort out in your own hours.

The work itself

We recruit across nursing, social care, criminal justice, psychological therapies, education and animal health. These are sectors where getting a placement right matters, both to the organisation and to the people it looks after. That is also why we hold REC Corporate Membership and are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001: we would rather do the job the right way than the quick way.

Who we are looking for

Recruitment experience is welcome but it is not essential. We are more interested in curiosity, resilience and a genuine interest in the people on the other end of the phone. If you have those, we can teach you the rest.
