Established small animal practice in Ayrshire seeking a Head RVN to lead their nursing team and drive clinical standards.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the nursing team
• Develop nursing protocols and standards
• Surgical nursing and anaesthesia oversight
• Support recruitment and staff development

Requirements:

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Team leadership or senior nursing experience
• Small animal background essential
• Organised and proactive approach
