Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

Expanding small animal practice in Alsager, Cheshire, seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join and help shape the clinical direction of the practice.

The Role:

• Lead clinical team and drive standards
• GP caseload with surgical responsibility
• Mentoring junior vets and nursing team
• Input into practice development

Requirements:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum 4 years small animal experience
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead
• Strong surgical skills
