Archer Halesowen is recruiting for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a standalone small animal practice offering a genuinely excellent work-life balance. With no weekend commitments, this is an ideal opportunity for a vet who values their time outside of work while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Details

• £65,000 FTE.
• No weekends whatsoever.
• Standalone small animal practice.
• Minimum 2 years' experience required.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-opinion consultations, communicating clearly and compassionately with owners.
• Perform routine surgery, dentistry and medical work-ups appropriate to your experience.
• Work closely with RVNs and support staff to maintain safe and efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Registered with, or eligible to register with, the RCVS (MRCVS).
• Confident delivering first-opinion small animal care appropriate to the role.
• A calm, professional and client-focused approach.
