Archer Derby Kingsway is recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team, with funded Tier 2 visa sponsorship confirmed — a rare and valuable opportunity for eligible candidates.

This flexible role offers part-time hours between 15 and 30 hours per week, with a 1 in 3 Saturday commitment and no out-of-hours work.

Key Details

• Up to £65,000 FTE depending on experience (pro rata for part-time hours).
• Funded Tier 2 visa sponsorship confirmed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-opinion consultations, communicating clearly and compassionately with owners.
• Perform routine surgery, dentistry and medical work-ups appropriate to your experience.
• Work closely with RVNs and support staff to maintain safe and efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Registered with, or eligible to register with, the RCVS (MRCVS).
• Confident delivering first-opinion small animal care appropriate to the role.
• A calm, professional and client-focused approach.
