Self-employed, paid per assessment. You set your own fee in line with your private practice and receive 65% of it. Typical take home for a cognitive assessment with full report: £552.50 - £845.00 for children and adolescents (on fees of £850.00 - £1,300.00), £487.50 - £715.00 for adults (on fees of £750.00 - £1,100.00). Work online or in person in London, depending on your preference, with flexible hours and steady referrals.

Overview

An established London based psychology and wellbeing practice with a network of over 170 clinicians is looking for an Educational Psychologist to deliver cognitive assessments for both children and adults on a self-employed basis. Referrals, bookings, payments and invoicing are all handled by the platform, so you can focus on assessment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Complete cognitive assessments for children, adolescents and adults using standardised tools
• Write clear assessment reports with practical recommendations
• Feed back results to clients, parents and, where relevant, schools or employers
• Offer initial consultations to help decide whether a cognitive assessment is the right next step

Requirements

• HCPC registered Educational Psychologist
• Experience of cognitive assessment with both children and adults
• Confident report writer
• Professional indemnity insurance and an enhanced DBS
• Happy to work on a self-employed basis
