Role: Legal & Risk Data Administrator
Location: The Market Place, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NP (hybrid)
Rate: £18.57 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Ongoing

What you’ll be doing:
Role: Legal & Risk Data Administrator

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing admin support to the General Counsel and legal and risk team, including emails, filing and correspondence
- Monitoring data requests, including SARs and RFIs, through the Datix system
- Keeping compliance, data protection and external registers up to date
- Preparing documents for data audits, board meetings and regulatory submissions
- Supporting the Data Protection Officer with DPIAs, data agreements and contract administration
- Awareness of GDPR and data protection
- Strong admin, organisation and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office, including Excel, SharePoint and Teams
- Right to Work evidence, including visas where applicable (Passport etc)
- Up to date CV
- DBS Paper Copy
- 2-3 x references
