Hope you're well,
I'm working on a new Wheelchair Technician contract covering the Swindon area, starting 3rd September on an ongoing basis. Van provided.
Please note we cannot offer sponsorship or a sponsorship/visa switch.
The key details:
Proper hours, proper rates and a genuinely mixed week. You're not stuck on one bench all day, there's a balance between workshop work and getting out on the road with the van. Days are 08:30 to 16:30 with no nights and no on call, so you finish when you finish. At £872 for a standard week, with weekend work paid at £26.83 an hour if you want the extra, it's one of the better paid technician contracts in the area and it's ongoing rather than a short block.

- Start date: 3rd September, ongoing contract
- Hours: 08:30 to 16:30, 40 hours per week
- Pay: £21.80 per hour weekdays (£174.40 per day) and £26.83 per hour weekends (£214.64 per day)
- A standard Monday to Friday week works out at £872.00 per week
- Full UK clean driving licence essential. A van is provided for deliveries and collections
- The role covers goods receipt and inspection, equipment deliveries and collections, equipment modifications and workshop based activities
