Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing specialist speech, language and communication assessments.
  • Engaging in goal-setting and care planning with individuals in your care.
  • Working as part of a dedicated clinical team
  • Offering an insight in communication and swallowing needs to individuals in your care.
  • Taking responsibility for own professional development.

Requirements:

  • Speech and Language Therapy Qualification.
  • Registration with HCPC.
  • Evidence of working at Specialist SLT level for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Experience of working with individuals facing issues with their mental health.
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
