Job description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing specialist speech, language and communication assessments.
- Engaging in goal-setting and care planning with individuals in your care.
- Working as part of a dedicated clinical team
- Offering an insight in communication and swallowing needs to individuals in your care.
- Taking responsibility for own professional development.
Requirements:
- Speech and Language Therapy Qualification.
- Registration with HCPC.
- Evidence of working at Specialist SLT level for a minimum of 2 years.
- Experience of working with individuals facing issues with their mental health.
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
