ADHD Assessor - Remote

Join Our Neurodiversity Team

As part of our dedicated Neurodiversity team, you’ll use your expertise to support individuals throughout their assessment journey. Working remotely, you’ll engage with a diverse range of clients to deliver high-quality ADHD diagnostic assessments for both children and adults.

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering ADHD assessments for children and adults in accordance with NICE guidelines.

• Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues, helping to maintain a high standard across our ADHD assessment pathways and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

• Taking professional responsibility for your clinical decision-making—within your scope of competence and under supervision from Clinical Leads—by conducting differential diagnoses and identifying any comorbid conditions to ensure accurate, well-supported conclusions.

• Keeping thorough, timely client records and producing professional diagnostic reports within agreed deadlines.

• Recommending any additional assessments or interventions that may benefit the client within your clinical reports.

• Working closely with the senior leadership team to help evolve and improve our ADHD services.

• Supporting the development of fellow clinicians by offering consultations and contributing to training initiatives.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience independently diagnosing ADHD in adults and/or young people, using tools such as the DIVA.

• A valid and unrestricted NMC registration.

• A strong commitment to delivering excellent care and outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage your own caseload.

• (Desirable) Experience working with children and young people—although the main focus of this role will be with adults.
