As part of our dedicated Neurodiversity team, you’ll use your expertise to support individuals throughout their assessment journey. Working remotely, you’ll engage with a diverse range of clients to deliver high-quality ADHD diagnostic assessments for both children and adults.
Your Role Will Include:
Delivering ADHD assessments for children and adults in accordance with NICE guidelines.
Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues, helping to maintain a high standard across our ADHD assessment pathways and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
Taking professional responsibility for your clinical decision-making—within your scope of competence and under supervision from Clinical Leads—by conducting differential diagnoses and identifying any comorbid conditions to ensure accurate, well-supported conclusions.
Keeping thorough, timely client records and producing professional diagnostic reports within agreed deadlines.
Recommending any additional assessments or interventions that may benefit the client within your clinical reports.
Working closely with the senior leadership team to help evolve and improve our ADHD services.
Supporting the development of fellow clinicians by offering consultations and contributing to training initiatives.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience independently diagnosing ADHD in adults and/or young people, using tools such as the DIVA.
A valid and unrestricted NMC registration.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent care and outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage your own caseload.
(Desirable) Experience working with children and young people—although the main focus of this role will be with adults.
