Join Our Clients award-winning Neurodiversity team as a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) and play a vital role in transforming lives. You’ll use your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and support individuals with ADHD, working across both children and adult pathways in a fully remote setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting comprehensive ADHD assessments for both children and adults, in line with NICE Guidelines
Prescribing appropriate medication where clinically indicated and monitoring effectiveness and side effects
Contributing to diagnostic decision-making, including recognising differential diagnoses and identifying comorbid conditions
Collaborating with Clinical Leads and MDTs to ensure accurate, safe, and robust assessments and treatment plans
Keeping detailed, compliant, and timely clinical records and producing high-quality written reports
Providing follow-up care and post-diagnostic support, including medication reviews and recommendations for additional assessments or interventions
Supporting the wider clinical team through consultation, peer support, and occasional training input
Participating in service development and continuous improvement initiatives alongside our senior leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (NMC/HCPC registered), with full prescribing rights
Minimum 1 year of experience independently diagnosing ADHD in children and/or adults using tools such as DIVA-5, ACE+, or equivalent
Experience in ADHD medication management, including titration and review of treatment plans
A commitment to evidence-based practice and high standards of clinical governance
Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own remote caseload
Confidence using digital tools and platforms for assessment and documentation
A private, professional remote working environment that supports patient confidentiality
Experience with young people is desirable, though the primary focus of this role will be adult assessments
