Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working within a supportive team, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for individuals with developmental trauma, ADHD, Autism and complex needs.
  • Contributing to staff training.
  • Ability to make decisions, and manage your own workload.
  • Maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Maintaining safeguarding at all times, ensuring individuals voices are heard and respected at all times.
  • Being aware of and supporting differences.
  • Establishing appropriate goals that promote increased participation and independence.

Requirements:

  • Speech and Language Therapy Degree.
  • Registration with HCPC.
  • Previous experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Excellent written and communication ability.
  • Experience of multi-professional work with teams.
  • Ability to work independently.
