Salary: £35,000 – £70,000 DOE

Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Our practice is a well-established small animal practice serving the Cornwall and Devon area. The team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both confident recent graduates and experienced vets, with flexibility to support either consult-only or combined consulting and surgical roles.

Key Responsibilities

> Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients

> Conduct consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning

> Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures (dependent on experience)

> Maintain excellent client communication and case continuity

> Work collaboratively with the nursing and support teams

> Uphold clinical and welfare standards

About You

> RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (or eligible)

> Confident in small animal consultations

> Surgical interest welcomed but not essential

> Strong communication and teamwork skills

> Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
