Residential Care Worker

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and compassionate approach to supporting children.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some Bank Holidays.
• A commitment to continuous professional development (holding or willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
• Experience in care settings is desirable but not essential; passion and the right attitude are highly valued.
