Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary / Rate: £27,000 - £34,000 per annum
Rota: full-time rota with nurse consults, theatre time and shared Saturdays

Role overview

We are looking to speak with veterinary professionals interested in a registered veterinary nurse opportunity in Scarborough. The role is based in a coastal small animal clinic with a practical, supportive nursing team. The rota is full-time rota with nurse consults, theatre time and shared Saturdays.

Practice profile

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver first-opinion consultations with clear communication for pet owners
  • Carry out routine surgery, dentistry or medical work in line with your confidence
  • Work closely with RVNs, SVNs and support staff to maintain safe patient flow
  • Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse or eligible to register
  • Confident with inpatient care, theatre work or nurse clinics depending on the rota
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a clinical team
  • Interest in building longer-term relationships with clients and the wider practice team
