Power Platform Solution Architect

As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of sophisticated, scalable solutions leveraging Power Platform and Microsoft cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the implementation of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, as well as Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture, business processes, and integration requirements, supporting both delivery and pre-sales phases.
• Oversee all technical aspects of solution delivery—ensuring best practices, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft standards.
• Provide hands-on expertise across custom development using Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and custom connectors.
• Guide delivery teams, mentor junior consultants, and foster technical excellence across engagements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and solution innovation initiatives.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture.
• Proven track record of designing enterprise-grade solutions and system integrations using Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Deep expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), and workflow automation with Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, custom connectors, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Desirable: Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204), pre-sales experience, and prior work at a Microsoft Partner.
• Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities.
• Self-starter with a passion for innovation and mentoring.
