Power Platform RPA Developer

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to support the delivery of intelligent automation solutions. You will be working in collaboration with a major management consulting firm to develop streamlined and scalable process automations that drive efficiency across client operations.

This role offers remote working flexibility, with occasional travel for workshops or stakeholder engagement. It's an excellent opportunity for a technically capable and Microsoft-certified RPA specialist to contribute to a high-impact digital initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI features where appropriate to enhance automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and translate them into efficient automation logic.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer for all automation solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in governance, scalability, and security.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI/LLM capabilities into automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of workflow logic, APIs, and data integration within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Microsoft Certification in Power Platform or relevant technologies (e.g., PL-500, PL-900, PL-400).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
