Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications that simplify complex business workflows—particularly within the legal domain. This role involves working at the forefront of Microsoft's low-code ecosystem, leveraging the latest tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Enhance core product functionality using Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver user-friendly and intuitive applications.
• Design and deploy intelligent AI assistants with Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio to streamline legal and business workflows.
• Contribute to the architectural design and support the long-term vision and development of the product roadmap.
• Champion best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and user experience.
• Stay current with the Microsoft Power Platform roadmap and apply emerging capabilities to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven apps.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Fx, and building custom connectors.
• Strong "pro-code" mindset with a passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver practical solutions to complex, real-world challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the legal tech sector or familiarity with legal workflow automation.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs on Power Platform development.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies.
