Salary / Rate: £475 - £575 per day
Rota: weekday GP locum shifts with occasional routine surgery lists

Archer Resourcing is representing a confidential veterinary client in Cambridge for a locum veterinary surgeon - cambridge. The role is based in a Cambridge private practice with well-managed diaries and supportive RVNs. The rota is weekday GP locum shifts with occasional routine surgery lists.

Practice profile

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver first-opinion consultations with clear communication for pet owners
  • Carry out routine surgery, dentistry or medical work in line with your confidence
  • Work closely with RVNs, SVNs and support staff to maintain safe patient flow
  • Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

  • MRCVS registration or eligibility to register with the RCVS
  • Confidence with first-opinion clinical work appropriate to the role
  • A calm, professional approach with clients, colleagues and patients
  • Availability for agreed locum dates and confidence working in a new practice environment
