Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary / Rate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
Rota: 4-day week with 1:4 Saturdays and leadership time built in

This permanent opportunity in Watford would suit a clinician looking for a well-supported role with a realistic rota. The role is based in a well-established companion animal clinic with scope to shape the clinical direction. The rota is 4-day week with 1:4 Saturdays and leadership time built in.

Practice profile

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver first-opinion consultations with clear communication for pet owners
  • Carry out routine surgery, dentistry or medical work in line with your confidence
  • Work closely with RVNs, SVNs and support staff to maintain safe patient flow
  • Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

  • MRCVS registration or eligibility to register with the RCVS
  • Confidence with first-opinion clinical work appropriate to the role
  • A calm, professional approach with clients, colleagues and patients
  • Interest in building longer-term relationships with clients and the wider practice team
