Archer Resourcing is representing a confidential veterinary client in Maidstone for a veterinary surgeon - consult only. The role is based in a busy Kent companion animal clinic with a separate surgical team. The rota is consult-only rota from 2.5 to 4 days per week with no OOH.

Practice profile

Key responsibilities

• Run confident first-opinion consults with a client-focused approach
• Manage medical work-ups, preventative healthcare and follow-up plans
• Liaise with the wider clinical team where cases require surgery or imaging
• Maintain clear records and support smooth appointment flow

Requirements

• MRCVS registration or eligibility to register with the RCVS
• Confidence with first-opinion clinical work appropriate to the role
• A calm, professional approach with clients, colleagues and patients
• Interest in building longer-term relationships with clients and the wider practice team
