Archer Resourcing are looking for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join the team in Newcastle supporting people across England with substance missue issues.

Responsibilities:

As a Recovery Worker you can make a real difference to peoples' lives. You will manage a caseload of clients, undertake assessments, develop person centred recovery plans and support them to turn things around.

You'll enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own career too, as you gain the experience and training you need to develop as a Recovery Worker.

You'll form part of a multi-disciplinary team and work with other agencies to ensure all the service users' needs are met.

What we're looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have a track record of CQC compliance and knowledge of relapse and other barriers to recovery will be vital. An understanding of substance misuse and the Recovery Agenda is essential. It is important to have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding role.

  • 1+ years experience as a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is advantageous
