Job description
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be will playing a pivotal role in leading and providing clinical expertise in the delivery of psychological assessments, interventions, and treatments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of psychologists and mental health professionals.
- Leading the development and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic programs.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services through research and innovation.
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Providing accurate and timely diagnoses based on thorough assessments.
- Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with professional and organisational standards.
Requirements:
- Clinical Psychologist related qualification.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Knowledge of current developments in the field of clinical psychology.
