Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and empowered.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and medication management.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote their well-being and independence.
- Monitoring residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including daily logs and incident reports.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in residential care practices.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience working in a residential care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
