Job Title: Graduate Counsellor
Location: Manchester (Office Based)
Salary: £26,000 starting salary, with salary reviews following completion of training
Reporting to: Counselling Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career counselling professional to join a respected organisation delivering high-quality emotional wellbeing services nationwide. For the first six months, you will work within a helpline setting, providing in-the-moment emotional support and Solution Focused Brief Therapy via telephone, live chat, and video. You will develop your skills in safeguarding, risk assessment, and clinical evaluation, working in line with the BACP Ethical Framework. The role will also involve structured video counselling sessions that can contribute towards your BACP accreditation.
