General Assistant - Bath St Martins

I’m currently recruiting multiple General Assistants to support community healthcare services based in Bath.#

These are ongoing roles with an immediate start, offering consistent hours and a clear shift pattern.

Key Details:

Role: General Assistant (Soft Services) - Hospital Based

Location: Bath - BA2 5RP

Pay: £13.68 per hour (PAYE Inclusive of holiday allowance)

Hours: 10-hour shifts | 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: 4 days a week

Contract: Ongoing (no fixed end date)

Responsibilities:
• Cleaning, catering, and portering duties within a healthcare setting
• Supporting ward kitchens and food service
• Portering, stock control, and movement of equipment
• Working in line with NHS cleaning and hygiene standards
Requirements:
• Experience in catering, cleaning, or portering, or strong transferable skills
• Valid DBS (in date or on the Update Service)
