Are you an experienced clinician or team leader looking to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re recruiting a Deputy Service Manager to join a well-established service in Keele, Staffordshire, offering a hybrid working pattern and a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
About the Role
As Deputy Service Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations and clinical delivery of a service focused on autism assessments. You’ll supervise and support nursing staff, contribute to safeguarding efforts, and help maintain high standards in line with CQC regulations — all within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Key Role Details
- Position: Deputy Service Manager
- Location: Keele, Staffordshire
- Salary: £50,000–£53,000 per year
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
- Hours: 9am–5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct autism assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff
- Support safeguarding protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in maintaining quality and meeting CQC standards
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused service culture
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Clinically experienced in neurodevelopmental or autism services
- Confident in team leadership and supervision
- Familiar with CQC frameworks and safeguarding procedures
- A proactive communicator and collaborative professional
- Eligible to work in the UK
