Cleaning Operative

Responsibilities include:

• Sweeping/litter picking of internal communal areas
• Sweeping and mopping of lifts
• Sweeping and mopping of internal communal areas
• Cleaning of block entrance doors and screens
• Cleaning of internal fixtures and fittings
• Graffiti removal
• Fly-tip/bulk furniture removal
• Un-blocking chutes
• Wall and ceiling washing
• Cleaning of internal face of glazing
