Job description
As a Telephone Counsellor, you will provide confidential support to individuals dealing with personal or work-related issues. Your role will be pivotal in promoting well-being and enhancing productivity within organizations.
Qualifications:
- BACP registered member
- Minimum of 100 hours of counselling experience
- Degree in counselling or a level 4 diploma
Role Responsibilities:
- Offer immediate emotional support and guidance to callers via a 24/7 helpline.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide appropriate referrals.
- Complete risk assessments and adhere to BACP ethical guidelines.
- Provide efficient and effective telephone counselling services.
