I wanted to get in touch regarding a Support Worker opportunity within an award-winning Learning Disabilities service based in Taunton.
This service is committed to improving care and support for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, with a strong focus on empowering people and their families.
Role details:
Role: Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Location: Taunton, TA1 2EP
Contract: Ongoing
Pay Rates:
£14.70 per hour weekdays
£15.90 per hour nights
£16.00 per hour Saturdays
£17.30 per hour Sundays
Service overview:
CQC rated Good to Outstanding
Supporting both Younger Adults (18 to 65) and Older Adults (65+)
Care home and Learning Disabilities service
Types of care provided:
Visiting care
24 hour care
Overnight care including waking and sleeping shifts
The service works closely with a range of organisations including Adult Social Care, community health teams, housing providers, charities and employers to ensure a well rounded support network for service users.
This role would suit an experienced Support Worker looking to join a well established and highly regarded service with a strong reputation in the sector.
