Join Our Team as a Remote Student Tutor – Help Young Learners Shine!
Are you a UK-based university student looking for flexible, meaningful work that fits around your studies? We’re hiring Remote Student Tutors to support school-age pupils with one-on-one and small group online tuition. If you are studying English – this is your chance to inspire young minds and earn while you learn.
About the Role
This is a fully online tutoring role, perfect for undergrads seeking rewarding part-time work. You’ll be helping primary and secondary students build confidence and understanding in your area of expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging online sessions tailored to each student’s needs
- Follow the UK school curriculum to support academic progress
- Offer clear, supportive feedback to learners and their families
- Keep simple session notes and progress updates
- Attend occasional online team sessions or training (super flexible)
What We’re Looking For:
- Current undergraduate at a UK university
- Strong academic background in your chosen subject(s)
- Friendly, clear communicator with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to tutor
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
Bonus if you have:
- Any prior tutoring or teaching experience
Perks & Pay:
- £12.50–£13.00 per hour
- Set your own hours – sessions run daily from 8am–10pm
- Work during term time and holidays
- Fully remote
