You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of employability tools, including covering letters, CVs, and speculative letters.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

1. Local Labour Market Expertise: Possess a robust understanding of the local labour market in specified geographical locations.
2. Self-Employment Knowledge: Basic familiarity with self-employment concepts.
3. IT Proficiency: Fully literate in utilizing various Microsoft Office programs.
4. Target-Driven Experience: Proven track record of thriving in a target-driven environment.
5. Quality Service Delivery: Experience in delivering services that align with contractual and quality standards.

Desirable:

1. Employability Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends and practices in the employability industry.
2. Recruitment Industry Understanding: Awareness of the recruitment industry landscape.
3. Guidance Services Experience: Previous experience in providing 'information, advice & guidance' to individuals.
4. Driving License: Possession of a full driving license.
