Job description

The successful candidate will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to making a positive difference to the lives of autistic young people.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing and reviewing speech, language and communication needs.
  • Using specialist knowledge to develop individualised support and adaptations to support individuals needs.
  • Working in partnerships with other professionals.
  • Providing advice and guidance to develop individuals access to employment opportunities.


  • Speech and Language Therapist qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Evidence of post-qualifying experience working as a SaLT.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of a varied range of treatment techniques.
  • Excellent written and communication ability.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
