Job description
Working as a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be assessing individual's speech, communication and language needs in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Having a fixed caseload number to support intensive SLT-focused interventions.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate records and generating written reports.
- Conducting speech, language and communication assessments.
- Establishing therapy goals and tracking progress.
Requirements:
- Speech and Language Therapy qualification and registration with HCPC.
- Experience in the field of ABI / neurodegenerative conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to providing effective services and a commitment to continued improvement.
- Have an interest in person-centred support and planning.
