Assist the Operational Manager in delivering treatment across all substance groups, to ensure high standards of practice in service delivery, in accordance with Cranstoun policies & procedures.
Contribute to the development of the service.
Ensure a range of high-quality Recovery Interventions are delivered, monitored and improved upon.
Regular Audits of case files on case management system to ensure high quality records are kept and maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee and deliver casework, care management as directed by the Operations Manager
To provide effective peer support to ensure that team members’ working standards and practice comply with Cranstoun’s policies and procedures and national guidelines
To support wider team and Borough Manager to achieve the service targets
To support the service to ensure that the team understand their roles and are working within Cranstoun’s governance strategy, promoting excellence in working practice in line with Care Quality Commission standards
To work effectively with partner agencies to deliver a quality service, focused on achieving positive outcomes for service users
To lead by example, modelling behaviour and practice that promotes a positive environment for colleagues and service users.
Actively participate in the personal development and mentoring of team members
To provide team members with regular peer supervision in line with Cranstoun’s supervision models
To ensure that team members work in a trauma informed approach that supports recovery and promotes hope and optimism for all service users and their families and carers
To foster and promote a team culture of enquiry and learning that enables individuals to openly question, reflect and learn from their practice
To ensure that team members understand their roles in respect to safe and effective treatment delivery
Mentor and participate in induction for new starters.
Mentor trainee recovery workers.
Follow and ensure compliance with Cranstoun’s incident, reporting and investigation procedures.
Maintain high standards of office security, confidentiality and administration.
Take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of service users, relevant others (particularly children and vulnerable adults) and members of the community
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and contribute to the continuing development of Cranstoun’s services
Supporting Duty workers with any queries in particular around scripting.
Carry a reduced case load of clients.
Carry out other duties appropriate to the role, as necessary or requested
