Substance Misuse Recovery Worker – Tower Hamlets

? Pay Rate: £20–£23 per hour
? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
? Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join a busy and supportive recovery service in Tower Hamlets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse and helping service users achieve positive recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of clients within substance misuse services
• Completing comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery plans
• Delivering harm reduction and recovery-focused interventions
• Supporting clients with referrals to partner agencies and treatment services
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case notes and records
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within substance misuse services
• Strong understanding of recovery pathways and safeguarding procedures
• Experience managing caseloads and completing assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS must be on the Update Service
• Available for an immediate start
