PSI Group Facilitator - Lewisham

Change Grow Live (CGL) are looking for a PSI Group Facilitator to join the team at London - Lewisham High Street, 410 Lewisham High Street, Lewisham, Greater London SE13 6LJ. This is a 3 month vacancy at 30 hours per week.

Focus of the role: Delivering and developing group/pod work programmes, such as Foundations of Recovery. You will work with other programme facilitators and professionals within your project to design and deliver groups/pods using evidence based practice, covering the most appropriate issues for your service users.

Role-specific responsibilities include:

• Researching, designing and preparing subject matter and materials for groups/pods
• Engaging in debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators after groups/pods have taken place
• Leading on graduation events for service users who have completed the programme
• Reviewing service user feedback and making adjustments as necessary
• Tailoring specific workshops around the needs of service users, such as anger management, sleep disorders and relationships
• Researching and confirming community venues as needed

Essential experience: working with groups/pods and managing group dynamics such as conflict or challenging behaviour; Motivational Interviewing and Psycho Social Interventions; identifying the specific needs of groups.
