Archer Resourcing are looking to appoint an operations/sales manager in our Ipswich location. This is an exciting time to join the company as we continue to strengthen our core work force and expand internationally.

We are looking for someone who is a very well experienced sales manager to promote our already well-established recruitment agency. The right person will develop and drive sales initiatives, building new business and establish good relationships - ensuring satisfied customers.

Role responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and providing professional development and onboarding for teams
  • Setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals based on performance to date
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing and motivating sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
  • Generate reports tracking how well each individual achieves targets
  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting client relations by partnering with them
  • Understand our ideal client and how they relate to our services
  • Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Archer Resourcing and the services we provide
  • Working to improve recruitment efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing a busy sales team.
  • Overall management of a single site or venue is desirable, within a sales environment
  • Good leadership and coaching skills
  • Confident meeting new people and interacting with our clients and candidates
  • A goal-orientated approach to work.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with your team.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • A passion to inspire your team and drive performance.
  • Driven to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
