Compliance Coordinator

Job description

Archer Resourcing are looking for an experienced compliance officer to join the team in our Ipswich office. The ideal applicant will have worked in an office-based role, ideally within a compliance or business administration setting.

Applicants must be personable with excellent communication and attention to detail.

The position is permanent, training will be provided and there are excellent opportunities for progression in a vibrant and energetic town centre office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Processing DBS/Access NI/PVG (Northern Ireland equivalent/Scottish equivalent to DBS).
  • Chasing outstanding compliance.
  • Requesting and obtaining references.
  • Keeping a clear record of compliance and completed files.
  • Comply with company management systems, policies and procedures including accurate database management.
  • Identifying when processes can be streamlined.
