So, what will your role be?

Candidate generation is a vital cog in our machine! Passionate about people, you will be confident in building trusted relationships with candidates ensuring an exceptional level of experience at all times. It's up to you to identify the talented candidates each of our sectors needs. All while gaining a Level 3 appreticeship in Business Admin.

• Resourcing from jobs boards/leads generated/portal candidate database.
• Registering candidates online using portal targeted recruitment
• General admin duties
• Working across multiple department
• Business development with new and existing candidates dates and clients
• Exploring and identifying new opportunities
• Securing new business
• Customer service; delivering high levels of service to both our clients and candidates alike
• Candidate attraction: recruiting and assessing candidates to match with job roles
• Maintaining client and candidate records; adhering to quality procedures and legislation, ensuring a compliant service
• Utilising effective attraction methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates

What skills and qualifications do you need?

• GCSE's grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent in English and Maths (functional skills training is provided in these subjects if you do not have the grades).
• Strong written & verbal communication.
