Overview

We are recruiting a School Cook to join a school catering team in Leicester, preparing and serving fresh meals for pupils and staff. ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals for pupils and staff
• Serving food during breakfast and lunch services
• Following food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures
• Keeping the kitchen and serving areas clean and tidy
• Supporting the catering team with stock and deliveries

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS, or happy for one to be processed
• Experience in a kitchen or catering role
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate desirable
• Availability for at least 3 days a week during term time
