Package
- £220.00 per day
- Temporary, immediate start through to February half term 2027
Overview
A specialist SEND school in Shifnal is opening an additional primary class and needs an experienced Primary Teacher to lead it from now until the February half term. This is a temporary role with no option to go permanent. It is a demanding class and needs a teacher with strong SEND experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and teach a new primary class of pupils with special educational needs
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons and build consistent routines
- Support pupils through the transition into the new class group
- Work closely with the school's support staff and leadership team
Requirements
- QTS
- Proven SEND experience (essential)
- Primary teaching experience. ECTs considered only with post-qualification school experience
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply
- Right to work in the UK
